Governing Your Use of abcph

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, depositing funds, or using any service provided by abcph (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the abcph platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

abcph is an online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, and related entertainment services (collectively, the "Services"). The Platform operates within the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is intended solely for users residing in the Republic of the Philippines who meet the eligibility criteria set forth herein.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity on abcph. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and is strictly enforced. abcph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. All funds in such accounts will be forfeited or returned to the original deposit source at the sole discretion of abcph, and any winnings will be voided.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The abcph platform is intended exclusively for players residing in the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are doing so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. abcph is not responsible for any violations of local law by users accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not subject to any legal incapacity or restriction that would prevent you from lawfully gambling, and that you are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or service.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Ownership

Each user is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) account on the abcph platform. Accounts are personal to the registered individual and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

abcph reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void transactions, and confiscate winnings from accounts held in violation of this single-account rule. Multiple accounts created to exploit promotional offers or evade account restrictions will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information, including but not limited to false identity details, false payment information, or fraudulent documentation, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security & Password Protection

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abcph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. abcph will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any request for your password purporting to come from abcph should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify abcph support immediately. abcph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Account Suspension or Closure

abcph reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Use of the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward abcph staff or other users;
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal activity;
• User request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding funds obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity) will be returned to you via the original deposit method or another method mutually agreed upon. abcph is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

abcph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, major Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most e-wallet methods and ₱200 for bank transfers.

Deposits are typically credited to your abcph account instantly for e-wallet transactions and within 15–60 minutes for bank transfers. abcph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees independent of abcph.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your abcph account are legally obtained, belong to you, and are not derived from any criminal or illegal activity. abcph reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds inquiries and may refuse deposits or freeze accounts pending satisfactory verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the abcph account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification (KYC) before processing.

First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification, including submission of:

• A government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, SSS, Driver's License, Passport, or similar);
• A clear selfie holding the submitted ID;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash account screenshot showing registered name).

Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically 15–30 minutes for GCash and Maya, 1–4 hours for bank transfers during business hours, and up to 24 hours during weekends and public holidays. abcph reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests pending completion of verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Withdrawal fees: abcph does not charge withdrawal fees for standard GCash and Maya transactions under ₱50,000. Withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 or processed via bank transfer may incur a processing fee as disclosed at the time of withdrawal request.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

abcph operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. All users are required to wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. Deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without gaming activity may be declined, and the account may be flagged for review.

Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to unusually large deposits, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles, or patterns consistent with money laundering, will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

abcph offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement would require ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–50%) or not at all. Full contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's specific terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse & Forfeiture

Players found to be abusing bonuses—including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, colluding with other players, employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or otherwise acting in bad faith—will have their Bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently suspended.

abcph reserves the right to void any Bonus, cancel any promotion, or refuse to issue Bonuses to any player at its sole discretion, particularly where bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

5.3 Promotional Changes

abcph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect Bonuses already credited to player accounts, but may affect future eligibility.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation (RNG)

All digital casino games on the abcph platform (including slots, RNG table games, and video poker) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems tested and verified by independent third-party auditing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the Operator or any third party.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panel. RTP represents the theoretical percentage of total wagers returned to players over an extended period and is calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual player sessions may vary significantly from published RTP values.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional gaming studios and oper ated by qualified live dealers in accordance with professional gaming standards. Live game results are determined by physical actions (card dealing, roulette wheel spin, dice roll) and are not subject to RNG manipulation. abcph does not control live dealer studio operations beyond the scope of its provider agreements.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on abcph are offered on a wide range of local and international sporting events, including Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games, NBA, Major League Baseball (MLB), UFC, boxing, Premier League football, and other competitions. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of a market, and abcph reserves the right to suspend or cancel any betting market at any time.

Bets placed on cancelled or abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned. In cases of obvious errors in odds (e.g., incorrectly posted lines due to technical error), abcph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

abcph applies maximum single-session win limits per game category. These limits are disclosed within each game's information panel and are subject to change. Winnings exceeding the disclosed maximum win limit per session may be capped at the stated maximum, with any excess amount voided.

6.5 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, abcph will endeavor to restore the game to its last verifiable state prior to the failure. If restoration is not possible, the affected game round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player. abcph is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

7.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

abcph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all users. 7.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered abcph users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined timeframe. Reductions are immediate; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (1 day to 6 weeks). Your account cannot be reactivated before the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your abcph account and request that you are excluded from any future marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible once confirmed and takes effect immediately.

7.3 Minor Protection

abcph strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years of age. If you have minors in your household, you are responsible for preventing them from accessing the abcph platform using your device or account. abcph recommends using parental control tools available from your internet service provider or device manufacturer.

8. Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abcph platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and may result in legal action:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage; any winnings resulting from exploitation will be voided;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other process;
• Charging back deposits via your payment provider after gambling with the deposited funds (fraudulent chargebacks);
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward abcph staff, live dealers, or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

9.1 No Warranty

The abcph platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. abcph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or that defects will be corrected. The use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, abcph, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

abcph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform, these Terms, or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your abcph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Third-Party Services

The abcph platform integrates services from third-party game providers, payment processors, and other technology suppliers. abcph is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or policies of third-party service providers, including interruptions to payment services (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, etc.) or game provider outages.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

10.1 Dispute Process

If you have a dispute regarding your abcph account, transactions, game outcomes, or any other aspect of the Services, you must contact abcph customer support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] or via the live chat function. abcph will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction after following the internal dispute resolution procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

10.2 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the abcph Services.

10.3 Language

These Terms are written in English, which is the controlling language for all purposes. Any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience only; in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

abcph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, abcph will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email, in-platform notification, or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the abcph platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting abcph support.
